Andy Palmer has been in the Chief Executive seat at Aston Martin for only a week but it's been a busy one at that. Brought over from Nissan, Palmer officially took over the reins from Ulrich Bez on 1 October. He started off with a visit to the Gaydon, Warwickshire plant and a brief address to employees.
