General Motors' vehicle manufacturing operations in Brazil have run into rough weather yet again. This time, though, the trouble is external. Nevertheless, the OEM has had to suspend production operations at its facility in Gravatai, in Rio Grande do Sul. This suspension is temporary, although it has also meant the idling of around 9,000 workers at this facility.
