US car and truck dealers continue to face challenges in attracting and retaining workers, but not necessarily in the areas or to the extent that many suppose. The 2014 Dealership Workforce Study Industry Report, produced by the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) in partnership with ESI Trends, looks at such areas as employee compensation, benefits, retention and turnover, hours of operation and work schedules at dealerships across the region. Automotive World spoke to ESI Trends President and Founder Ted Kraybill on the key takeaways of the latest study.
