Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) has become the latest OEM to outline its transition from car manufacturer to mobility provider, tapping heavily into the realm of connectivity to do so. The OEM has launched a new technology business called InMotion, which will build apps and on-demand services to assist in various transport options. Car sharing and ride sharing were two examples specifically mentioned, though at this stage the field seems wide open.
