Renault-Nissan believes that gender diversity is simply good for business, and is taking active steps to ensure it attracts the right sort of talent

Renault-Nissan has emerged as a leader in terms of diversity, notably in its promotion of female employees and female-oriented customer services. As of 2013, women accounted for 18.4% of the global manger-level positions at Renault and 10.6% at Nissan.
