GM’s Arlington investment coincides with start of labour talks

At an April 2015 City Council of Arlington, Texas public hearing, one of the items on the agenda was the proposed tax abatement on GM's planned expansion of its Arlington facility. At the time, the City Council mentioned that GM intended to invest US$1.29bn towards this planned expansion.
