“OEMs recognise [CES] as not only a must-attend show but also an event where they have to do something dazzling to demonstrate they are at the forefront in terms of automotive technology. Already, we are hearing OEMs talk about stepping up their games, and possibly shuffling resources to put more emphasis on CES. For automotive media, it is becoming a must-cover along with other major auto shows,” commented Michelle Krebs, Senior Analyst for AutoTrader.com.
