Japanese automotive components manufacturer Denso and Pricol Ltd, an Indian supplier of automotive instrument clusters, have secured approval from India's fair trade regulator, Competition Commission of India (CCI), to set up a joint venture in India. CCI does not see the proposed JV as having an adverse effect on competition.
