Barra seeks fresh communications leadership

General Motors' new Chief Executive Mary Barra is looking to bring in her own men for the top Human Resources and Global Communications roles. The OEM has just announced that Melissa A Howell, Executive Director of Human Resources for Global Product Development, Purchasing and Supply Chain organisations, and Selim Bingol, Senior Vice President, Global Communications and Public Policy, are leaving the company immediately to pursue other interests.
