Germany's passenger car market continued to contract year-on-year in August, with registrations declining by 4.6%, as they had in July this year, the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA) reports.
A total of 226,600 new passenger cars were registered in the country last month, down compared with 237,561 units reported
