Navistar International plans to cut jobs through a voluntary separation programme (VSP). The company expects to complete this in the fourth quarter of 2012.
In a regulatory filing, Navistar said it will, along with the VSP, use attrition, and if necessary, involuntary job cuts to eliminate additional positions.
