The Nikkei newspaper has reported that the Toyota Motor subsidiary Toyota Auto Body will launch a two-seat light electric vehicle for a price under ¥1m (US$12,600), based on a COMS single-seat neighbourhood-type EV that it offered on the Japanese market from 2000 to 2011.
