Sergio Marchionne, the Chief Executive Officer of Chrysler Group LLC, sees no need for the OEM to offer pension buyouts for salaried retirees. General Motors and Ford have announced that they will offer such buyouts this year.
"There is no need for us to do it," Reuters quotes Marchionne as saying.
