TrueCar.com, the US market supplier of data and forecasts on new car pricing, says fuel economy figures from October's US light vehicle sales indicate that its 'TrueMPG' trademarked average increased to 22.2mpg in October 2011 from 21.5 mpg in October 2010, and increased by 0.2mpg from September 2011's 22.0mpg average.
