Litens Automotive Group, a company involved in the design and manufacture of engineered power transmission systems and components, has filed a patent infringement lawsuit in Germany, against Flennor Automotive and the Walther Flender Group.
The lawsuit is aimed at enforcing Litens' patents on automatic belt tensioners. The company requested an injunction
