Beijing Hainachuan Automotive Parts aims to finalise the acquisition of Inalfa Roof Systems Group by the end of July, reports China Daily. The acquisition deal, agreed upon in April this year, will see Hainachuan pay around €190m (US$265m) for full ownership of the Dutch roof supplier.
