Fiat is looking to set up a second car production plant in Brazil. According to Reuters, the OEM has confirmed it is holding investment plan talks with the government of Pernambuco state. Fiat currently operates a vehicle plant in the country in Betim, Minas Gerais, which is nearing its capacity
