Daimler and Russian Technologies have both finalised their increased equity stakes in Russian truck manufacturer KamAZ. Plans for the stake increases were first announced in February 2010.
Russian Technologies acquired an additional 12.12% stake in KamAZ, giving it a total 49.9% holding. Separately, Daimler acquired an extra 1% stake in KamAZ,
