The National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration (NHTSA) has opened an investigation into 2007 model year Dodge Caliber models for potentially faulty accelerator pedals. Some customers have reported that their accelerator pedals can stick. Chrysler says it is not aware of any accidents or injuries linked to the problem.
