Saint-Gobain Sekurit and Trakya Cam have announced plans for a new joint venture based in Russia. The partners have signed an MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) to set up a 50-50 venture to make and sell automotive glass, operating out of a new plant in the Republic of Tatarstan.
