2015 saw the first full year of production from five different renewable diesel producers. Despite attention to cellulosic ethanol and falling oil prices, renewable diesel consistently made headlines with new partnerships, offtake agreements, and new projects. Momentum has continued into 2016, as both Neste and Eni recently announced renewable diesel related news.
