Indian roads are notoriously frantic, and according to the World Bank account for 15% of global traffic deaths each year. In an effort to counter this, Continental is opening a new assembly line for anti brake-lock systems (ABS) and electronic stability control (ESC) systems for passenger cars at an existing plant in Gurgaon, India.
