Increase in content per vehicle spurs Visteon’s Q1

New vehicle launches and an increase in content per vehicle are driving Visteon’s sales

Visteon recently announced first quarter (Q1) 2015 sales of US$2.03bn, a slight increase over Q1 2014 sales of US$2bn, with US$781m coming from its core electronics business, an all time record. New vehicle launches – such as the Cadillac ATS in Mexico and the Mercedes-Benz Vito in Slovakia – have been a key force behind these sales.
