China officially reprimanded (5 months late) over US dumping duties

The US hails the recent WTO ruling on China's anti-dumping duties as a victory for US manufacturing.

The US is claiming a victory in its dispute with China over charges the latter imposed on US-built vehicles imported into China. The World Trade Organisation (WTO) has concluded its probe into complaints on the practice and declared in favour of the US: "The Panel recommended that the Dispute Settlement Body request China to bring its relevant measures into conformity with its obligations under the Anti-Dumping and SCM Agreements."
