The Geely-Renault joint venture for Brazil is taking shape, with the former set to take a 26.4% stake and the latter 73.57%. The joint venture will see the two automakers pool their resources to manufacture and sell cars and light commercial vehicles in the region, with Renault having a dominant say in how proceedings are conducted.
