Nissan weighs selling China-made N7 in Japan

The N7 is being developed and manufactured via Nissan’s Chinese joint venture partner, Dongfeng-Nissan. By Stewart Burnett

Nissan is considering introducing its China-made N7 electric vehicle (EV) sedan to the Japanese market, according to recent reports in Chinese media. Developed under the Dongfeng Nissan joint venture, the N7 would require a right-hand drive conversion for Japan, which could potentially open the door to market entry in some ASEAN markets as well.
