Yaroslavl Autodiesel engine plant being a part of GAZ Group, which is a member of Basic Element, one of the largest diversified industrial groups in Russia, represents YMZ-530 Euro-5 engine family at the 17th International Construction Equipment and Technologies Exhibition 2016 (CTT-2016). The exhibition takes place from May 31 to June 4 at the International Exhibition Center “Crocus Expo” in Moscow.
GAZ Group’s Yaroslavl Autodiesel engine plant YMZ-530 Euro-5 engines for motor vehicles, agricultural and road construction machinery at the 17th International Construction Equipment and Technologies Exhibition 2016 (CTT-2016). The stand of GAZ Group displays YMZ-53443 and YMZ-53623 Euro-5 engines, which were launched in 2016.
Automotive YMZ-53443 Euro-5 engine versions deliver a power of 150 hp and a torque of 493 Nm, thus representing the perfect basis for further development of GAZon NEXT LDT product range and specialty vehicles to be used throughout a broad range of application areas, incl. construction industry. High emission standards of the engine are achieved through the use of the exhaust gas recirculation system (EGR) as well as the new YaZDA fuel equipment providing for increased fuel injection energy.
Powerful and fuel-efficient 6-cylinder YMZ-536 Euro-5 engines with a power output of 230-330 hp and a torque of 900-1370 Nm find demand in the construction industry as well. The engines feature a service life of up to 1 Mio. km (800.000 km for vehicles and machinery operated under heavy working conditions). Compliance with the Euro-5 standard is ensured by the use of the selective catalytic reduction system (SCR).
Currently, GAZ Group is working actively on the further development of the YMZ-530 engine family to expand its application range by creating gas-powered engine versions, increasing their displacement and power output, developing of highly uprated engine versions for vehicles to be operated under extreme conditions as well as implementing of upgraded Russian component base.
