DHL has been awarded Gold at the 2017 German Stevie Awards for its risk management and mitigation platform DHL Resilience360. The prize, which is considered to be one of the world’s premier business awards, was granted to DHL by the Stevie Awards organization in the category ‘best new product or service (business to business products, services and transportation)’. DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation has also been honored with a Silver Stevie Sales and Customer Service Award as well as a Bronze award for its approach to develop an intercultural business relationship.

DHL Resilience360 is an innovative cloud-based platform to visualize global supply chains, track purchase orders and shipments across different transport modes, support real-time risk management and ultimately enhance resilience. It helps companies to better ensure business continuity, building risk profiles, and identifying critical hotspots to mitigate risks and eventually turning disruptions into a competitive advantage. Resilience360 was the first platform of its kind in the industry and is being used by customers across Asia, Europe and the Americas, especially within the automotive industry, chemicals and engineering and manufacturing sectors.

A Bronze Stevie Award went to DHL for its approach to develop a business relationship based on a deep understanding of Japanese business culture.
