At the second annual automotive industry InMoment eNVy awards®, the 2019 Audi A4/S4, RS 5 and SQ5 received 2020 awards in the premium market vehicle segment.
InMoment, formerly MaritzCX, awards recognize vehicles that InMoment identifies as outperforming their competitors in delivering on buyer expectations, according to data from the InMoment New Vehicle Customer Study (NVCS™).
All winners were ranked based on customer response ratings of the vehicles’ ability to deliver on the five most common purchase reasons:
1.Comfort
2. Quality
3. Perfomance
4. Safety
5. Ownership Cost
More than half of the category winners in 2020 were vehicles that did not win in 2019, and Audi in particular stood out with wins in three premium market vehicle segments.
InMoment determines eNVy awards based on new vehicle buyers’ independent feedback of verified vehicle owners via NVCS. The final eNVy award scores were calculated using NVCS independent feedback and segment-specific importance weights. Only 2019 model year vehicles were included, and each vehicle required a minimum of 100 ratings to be included in the rankings.
