Asia-focused private equity firm TPG has agreed to acquire Australian automotive software firm Infomedia for AU$651m (US$420m). The firm provides a range of software solutions for automakers, including software-as-a-service solutions, platforms for vehicle parts ordering, online service booking, and vehicle analytics capabilities.
