Renault 2022 results

The automaker is on the path to recovery but it's a long way from peak fitness, writes Jonty Storey

"We are out of the emergency room and back in the game, ready to fly and to race," said Luca de Meo, Renault's Chief Executive, at the time of announcing the company's 2022 results. Exactly which sport his analogy was based on is not clear, but our take on the results would be that while the company may be on the path to recovery it's a long way from peak fitness.
