Following nearly a day of strike action, union workers at Nexteer Automotive Group’s Saginaw plant in Michigan have returned to work after reaching a tentative agreement on a new labour contract. Third-shift workers were told by the Union of Auto Workers (UAW) Local 699 to report for duty on the evening of 8 December.
