FCA has been making solid headway on its turnaround plan, and Chief Executive Sergio Marchionne has made it clear that this will be his last major project. Speaking to media at the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit, Marchionne reiterated his plans to hand over the reins when the time is right, and shed some light on what he is looking for in his successor.
