Jokingly doubling as the 'dinner entertainment' at the 2016 Deutsch Bank Global Auto Industry Conference, Ford Chief Executive Mark Fields took the opportunity to drive home Ford's new business model, which takes it from car manufacturer to mobility provider. One year after launching its 'smart mobility' strategy it is clearer than ever that this OEM is working towards a future of two businesses, each contributing to a united customer-centric company.
