EU shakes off sluggish October with 13.7% sales jump

Putting a sluggish October behind it, Europe's light vehicle market shows a solid rebound in November as registrations rise 13.7% year-on-year to 1,085,259 units. This marks the 27th consecutive month of growth and puts the market back on pace with levels seen earlier in the year. While October sales were up just 2.9%, September saw a 9.8% rise, with 11.2% growth in August, 9.5% in July and 14.6% in June.
