In India, the concept of the autonomous vehicle is still in its infancy, but as the world’s fifth largest passenger vehicle market by volume, the country offers huge potential for such vehicles. There is a growing need to deliver cars which can lead to a safer, greener and more efficient driving experience, and meeting the considerable demands of the region’s road conditions would further help the development of versatile, advanced and independent cars, irrespective of where they are driven.
