Thailand: Toyota to invest ¥40bn in engine capacity

Siam Toyota Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (STM), the Japanese OEM's engine production subsidiary in Thailand, is to invest ¥40bn (US$508m) to increase the production capacity of diesel engines by approximately 290,000 units.
