Speaking at the 2011 IAA in Frankfurt, Volvo Car Corporation chief executive officer Stefan Jacoby has acknowledged the OEM needs to increase sourcing in North America to balance its exposure to the US dollar and hinted that an assembly plant in the region could be considered.
