Sales of new cars in Mexico increased by 9.8% in July, reaching 61,959 units. This took sales for the first seven months of this year to 432,926 units, up by 4.9% year-on-year .
Despite this growth, the Mexican Auto Industry Association (AMIA) feels that the domestic market continues to be depressed.
