South Korea: Ssangyong signs export deal with Sollers

Cash-strapped South Korean vehicle manufacturer Ssangyong Motor has signed a long-term cooperation agreement with Russian OEM Sollers to export 168,100 vehicles to Russia by 2017. JoongAng Daily said the agreement will see Ssangyong export its vehicles as knocked-down kits. These kits will be assembled by Sollers at its plant in Vladivostok.
