According to Martin Daum, president and chief executive officer of Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA), speaking to supplier executives in Louisville, Kentucky, trucks that achieve fuel consumption of 10mpg will be a reality over the next ten years, although the efforts of suppliers will be required to make that happen.
