At the Hyundai Motor annual general meeting of shareholders held in Seoul, South Korea on 12 March, approval was given to vice chairman Chung Eui Sun joining the company's board, bringing the former president of Kia Motors closer to succeeding his father, Chung Mong Koo, as chairman.
