Ashley Alteams India (AAIPL), an equal joint venture between Indian commercial vehicles manufacturer Ashok Leyland and Alteams OY, Finland, has commissioned its plant at Cheyyar, near Kanchipuram, in southern India.
Tamil Nadu's deputy chief minister M K Stalin, and Suvi Linden, Finland's minister of Communications, inaugurated the facility.
