Interview: Barb Samardzich, Chief Operating Officer, Ford of Europe

Barb Samardzich has been the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Ford of Europe since 1 November 2013, when Ford announced a series of changes within its senior leadership team. Samardzich is responsible for many of Ford of Europe’s operations, including manufacturing, quality, product development, purchasing, and sustainability, environment and safety engineering. Prior to this, Samardzich served as Vice President of Product Development for Ford of Europe from 1 September 2011 to 1 November 2013.
