COMMENT: 2013 sees foreign OEMs return to the Tokyo auto show

Sooner or later, the international motor show calendar will need reworking.

Thanks to time differences, 2013 sees shows in Tokyo and Los Angeles taking part on the same day; at the same time, another, more local event is on in Guangzhou, which also needs supporting, given the importance of the Chinese market.
