Mobility services are growing around the world, but not always as expected. Use of these car-sharing and ride-hailing services is determined by a handful of factors, including the market’s maturity, the urban density, regulation, and the public’s perception of the service's value and risk. A recent study by global consulting firm AlixPartners took a closer look at how these trends were playing out in the US, UK, France, Germany, Italy, China and Japan.
