Volkswagen is stepping up efforts to align its commercial vehicle operations into a global powerhouse. The acquisitions of Scania and MAN have been slow to bear the promised fruit, and VW is now looking to bring in new leadership. The latest casualty is MAN SE's Chief Executive Georg Pachta-Reyhofen, who has announced plans to step down at the end of September. He has served in the top role since 2010.
