COMMENT: Gliding around US truck emission rules

To most people, a glider is a non-powered aircraft. But to the North American truck industry, it is something quite different: a chassis-cab minus its most vital powertrain components, which can be purchased brand new as readily as a complete truck from the likes of Freightliner and Paccar.
