Johnson Controls announces quarterly dividend

The board of directors of Johnson Controls, Inc. (NYSE: JCI), a global multi industrial company with established core businesses in the automotive, building and energy storage industries, has authorized a regular quarterly cash dividend of$0.22 per common share. The dividend is payable April 2, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 7, 2014.

Johnson Controls has paid consecutive dividends since 1887.
