Poland: Fuel producers cleared to cut biofuel targets

Transportation fuel producers in Poland will be allowed to reduce their biofuel-blending requirements by 15%, providing they purchase supplies from approved producers, reports Platts, citing a government source at Poland's Agency of Agricultural Market (ARR).
